# Manage

The **Affiliates** section allows you to review applications, approve affiliates, monitor performance, and manage your program.

## **Affiliate Statuses**

### **Pending**

Applicants awaiting review.

These affiliates have submitted an application but cannot promote your products until approved.

### **Approved**

Active affiliates who can generate referrals and earn commissions.

### **Banned**

Affiliates removed from your program.

Banned affiliates can no longer earn commissions or generate new referrals.

## **Affiliate Overview**

The affiliate list provides a high-level view of each affiliate’s performance.

### **Clicks**

The number of visitors who clicked the affiliate’s referral links.

### **Earnings**

The total commissions generated by the affiliate.

### **Referrals**

The number of successful referred purchases.

### **Status**

The affiliate’s current approval status.

## **Viewing Affiliate Details**

Click any affiliate to access detailed performance information.

### **Performance Metrics**

#### **Clicks**

Total tracked visits generated by the affiliate.

#### **Referrals**

Total successful purchases attributed to the affiliate.

#### **Unpaid Earnings**

Approved commissions that have not yet been paid out.

#### **Total Earnings**

Lifetime commissions earned by the affiliate.

## **Referral Activity**

The Recent Referrals section displays every successful referral generated by the affiliate.

For each referral you can view:

* Date
* Product purchased
* Commission earned
* Payout status

## **Affiliate Information**

The Information tab contains the affiliate’s application details and profile information submitted during signup.

This information helps you evaluate affiliates and maintain quality partnerships.

## **Managing Affiliate Status**

You can update an affiliate’s status at any time.

### **Approve**

Allows the affiliate to actively promote your products and earn commissions.

### **Move to Pending**

Temporarily pauses approval while you review the account.

### **Ban**

Removes the affiliate from your program and prevents future commission generation.
