# Email settings

The Settings page controls your sender identity and email compliance information.

These details are automatically applied to future broadcasts.

## **Sender Identity**

### **Default Sender Name**

The name recipients see as the sender.

### **Reply-To Email**

The email address that receives subscriber replies.

## **CAN-SPAM Compliance**

To comply with email marketing regulations, every campaign includes business identification information.

### **Company Name**

Your business or brand name.

### **Physical Address**

Your business mailing address.

This information is included in email footers to satisfy anti-spam requirements.

### **Permission Reminder**

A short message explaining why the recipient is receiving your emails.

**Example**

“You are receiving this email because you purchased a product or subscribed to updates from our store.”

Permission reminders help reduce spam complaints and improve deliverability.

## **Saving Changes**

After updating your settings, click **Save Settings** to apply them to future broadcasts.

## **Important Notes**

* Only subscribed users receive broadcasts.
* Unsubscribed contacts are automatically excluded.
* Test emails do not affect campaign analytics.
* Scheduled broadcasts can be edited before sending.
* Compliance information is automatically included in email footers.
* Cart recovery emails are sent automatically once configured.
* Email deliverability and tracking are managed by Blink behind the scenes.
