# Orders

View and manage all your sales in one place. Track purchases, access customer details, issue refunds, and handle post-purchase actions — all from this screen.

## **Order Actions**

Click the menu (⋯) next to any order to access actions:

**Refund payment**\
Issue a refund for the order.\
Use this if a customer requests a refund or there’s an issue.

**Copy ID**\
Quickly copy the order ID.

**Copy receipt URL**\
Get a shareable link to the customer’s receipt.

**Generate custom invoice**\
Create a downloadable invoice for the order.

**Resend receipt email**\
Send the receipt again to the customer.

## **Export Orders**

Click **Export** to download your orders as a CSV file.

Useful for:

* Accounting
* Reporting
* Importing into other tools
