Connect your Blink Store to Loops to automatically sync your customers and trigger email sequences whenever important events happen in your store.

Getting Started

To connect your Loops account to Blink:
  1. Log in to your Loops account and go to the API tab in your Settings.
  2. Generate a new API Key and copy it.
  3. In your Blink Store dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  4. Under the Loops integration, click Connect.
  5. Paste your Loops API Key and save.
That’s it! Blink will now automatically dispatch events directly to your Loops account.

Supported Events

When a customer completes a purchase, Blink sends an event to Loops. If the customer does not exist in your Loops audience, they are automatically added. Currently, Blink supports the following event:

Order Placed

Triggers whenever a customer successfully places an order (both paid and free checkouts). Event Properties:
  • productName: The name of the product purchased.
  • price: The price of the product.
  • orderId: The unique identifier of the order.
You can use these event properties as variables inside your Loops email templates (e.g., Thanks for buying {{productName}}!).
