Order Actions

Click the menu (⋯) next to any order to access actions: Refund payment
Issue a refund for the order.
Use this if a customer requests a refund or there’s an issue. Copy ID
Quickly copy the order ID. Copy receipt URL
Get a shareable link to the customer’s receipt. Generate custom invoice
Create a downloadable invoice for the order. Resend receipt email
Send the receipt again to the customer.

Export Orders

Click Export to download your orders as a CSV file. Useful for:
  • Accounting
  • Reporting
  • Importing into other tools
